Assistant Financial Associate
Teamwork. It’s a powerful asset that can help you excel and grow in your career. As an assistant financial associate, you’ll combine your business with a financial associate who will manage and guide you on a full-time or part-time schedule. You’ll have the opportunity to build your business without minimum performance requirements, knowing that the goals you reach will be those you set for yourself. And the compensation you receive will directly reflect your level of performance.
Financial Associate
Most people enter the financial representative career as a financial associate. You’ll develop strategies that match your clients’ goals by providing financial analysis, retirement planning options and asset allocation. You’ll also have access to competitive products like mutual funds, annuities, and life and health insurance to help your clients build financial security. In short, you’ll have the training, tools and products to help your clients succeed while you set the pace for your own success.
Financial Consultant
Successful financial associates can take their careers to the next level by becoming a financial consultant. These professionals meet higher standards of production, licensing and accreditation. As a financial consultant, you can provide the same products and services as financial associates as well as fee-based products. These products expand your ability to meet members’ needs* and achieve higher levels of corporate support and compensation.
Senior Financial Consultant
After meeting specific criteria, financial consultants can become senior financial consultants. These professionals enjoy even greater compensation and growth potential by gaining access to a broader product portfolio. This portfolio gives you the opportunity to meet more diverse client needs. You also can take advantage of an exclusive, personalized support system, specialized advanced training and invaluable resources available only to senior financial consultants.
Regional Support Associate
Play an integral role in helping new financial representatives excel while expanding your own team of professionals. As a regional support associate, you’ll conduct joint field work and help new representatives develop business planning, production management and other skills. It’s a position that offers the best of both worlds: Opportunities to help others succeed while enjoying opportunities to achieve your own sales and career goals.
Regional Management Associate
Mentor. Coach. Trainer. If you have what it takes to be all three, we have what it takes to support you. As a regional management associate, you’ll be responsible for mentoring, coaching and training new financial representatives to help them successfully launch their careers. And when they succeed, you succeed. You’ll also have the opportunity to continue to grow your own business. Sound like the best of both worlds? It is.
Manager of Lutheran Community Services
As a fraternal benefit society, Thrivent Financial gives back to the communities we serve in ways that other companies do not. When you join our team as a manager of Lutheran community services (MLCS), you’ll lead employees and volunteers committed to making a difference in people’s lives. Working together, you’ll create and promote fraternal awareness through grants, local service projects and unique community outreach programs like Thrivent Builds with Habitat for Humanity.
Partner/Senior Partner
As a partner or senior partner, you’ll experience the professional and personal rewards that come from helping others excel to their fullest potential. You’ll have the opportunity to build a strong team of financial representatives, providing the training and direction to help them grow their business and achieve their professional goals. You’ll not only drive the performance of your team, you’ll have the opportunity to drive your own success.
